To Obtain an Estimate

Step 1

Select a payer or cash price from the 'Select Payer' drop-down menu.

Step 2

If using insurance, enter your deductible, deductible paid, copay, and coinsurance amounts. Deductible, copay, and coinsurance amounts can typically be found on the front of your insurance card. They can also be located in your member portal on your insurance provider`s website.

Step 3

Use Search by Code to enter a specific CPT, HCPCS, or DRG code in the search box. Or use Select a Service Category, then a Code to select a service from the drop-down menus.

Step 4

Click "Get Estimate", and your estimate will be displayed here.
